Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Webinars Partner collects, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Media Przemysław Berdysz, operating as Webinars Partner
ul. Czecha 39, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Poland
Tax ID (NIP): 7343658085
Email: webinarspartner@gmail.com
We are the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; for any privacy matter, contact us at the email above.
2. What data we collect
When you use our “Run the numbers” survey
- Your answers about your business: what you sell, how you close sales, audience and list size, ad budget, how often you could go live.
- Contact details you choose to give us: name, email address, phone number.
When you contact us or book a call
- Your name, email address, phone number and the content of your messages.
When we reach out to you first
- If you run a business, coaching practice or personal brand, we may contact you about a possible partnership. For this we use business contact details that are publicly available, such as your website, public social media profile or business listing: name, business name, business email and public profile information.
When you visit the website
- Technical data processed automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, kept in server logs for security and reliability.
- Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your survey or enquiry, prepare an estimate and talk about working together: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To perform our agreement if you become a client (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To contact businesses about a partnership: our legitimate interest in growing our business through relevant business-to-business outreach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time and we will stop.
- To send marketing messages: only with your consent where the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and to establish or defend legal claims: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Giving us your data is voluntary. Without contact details we simply cannot reply to you.
The survey calculates an estimate automatically from your answers. This is an indication only and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Netlify: website hosting.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): CRM where survey answers and contact details are stored and managed.
- Google: email (Gmail), calendar, documents and web fonts.
- Email delivery and outreach tools: to send and track our emails.
- Productivity and AI tools: to organise our notes and correspondence and draft replies.
- Accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. In those cases transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Survey answers and enquiries: up to 24 months from our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Outreach contact details: until you object, or up to 12 months without a reply.
- Client and contract data: for the duration of the cooperation and then as long as tax and accounting laws require (in Poland, generally 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year).
- Marketing based on consent: until you withdraw consent.
- Data needed for legal claims: until the claims are time-barred.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it,
- correct inaccurate data,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including outreach and direct marketing,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
To use any of these rights, email webinarspartner@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
8. Cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add such tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
9. Security
We use access controls, two-factor authentication and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and will act quickly if anything goes wrong.
10. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
